Returns Policy :

Due to the nature of our products (herbal, organic, consumable goods), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must contact us within 2 days of delivery to report the issue.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase (invoice/order number).

Non-returnable items:

Opened or used products

Products without original packaging

Items bought during promotional offers or clearance sales

Personalized or custom-packed items

Refunds :

Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For UPI or bank transfer payments, you may be required to share your bank details securely for the refund process.

Please note:

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued if the product is found to be used or tampered with.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange an item, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Cancellations :

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
